Ain't no stopping us now!

Always a pleasure and a joy to write about amazing women for the amazing magazine, Woman & Home. They love to champion women doing extraordinary things and I love to write about ‘em!
Here we have Gail, who went from being told she’d end up in a wheelchair, to hiking the Apalachin Trail (alone!) Michelle, who struggled with severe and chronic anxiety and overcame her challenges on obstacle courses figuratively and metaphorically, and lastly Karen, who battled breast cancer then joined a Dragon Boat team to prove to herself that she could still do wonderful things.
